Tip #2.: Medium or long grain rice is the best version of all the rice varieties to use. Jasmine long grain rice dries out the way you want it and fires up the best.

Pre-heat your griddle to a medium high temperature
Then place some oil on the griddle. Don’t use too much oil
Saute the onions and when they start to get soft add in your ginger, garlic and pepper

Here are the ingredients and directions you will need to make good hibachi fried rice on a griddle:
2 cups of cooked fried rice, long grain; 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 cup chopped onion; 1/4 cup of frozen peas and carrots; 1 egg; 2 tablespoons of butter; 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
You start by sauteing the onions, peas and carrots. Then you move the vegetables to the side and and pour your eggs on the griddle in their place. Add your rice and butter and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
Once that is done, add your soy sauce and cook for another minute. Serve nice and hot.
Tip #6; If you are cooking your rice on the same day as you cooked it, then let the hot rice sit for about 2 hours till it gets to room temperature. This will help keep the rice from clumping

2 lb skin-on chicken thighs; 12/ tsp. Garlic powder; 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika; 2 Tbsp olive oil; 1 tsp. Salt; Pepper to taste.

Mix the garlic, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken and place in your fridge for one hour to overnight. Pre-heat your griddle to medium heat and sear the chicken for 5 minutes. Then move the chicken to the grill grates and cook for another 15 minutes.

3 cups rice; 1.2 cup diced onion; 1/2 cup sweet bell pepper; 1/2 cup of frozen peas; 1 bunch of scallions and 2 cloves of garlic, I beaten egg and 3 tablespoons of oil; soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

After 2 minutes of cooking add your scallions till they soften and the rice become brown. Now add your egg and mix all the ingredients together. Place portions on your plate and top with the chicken

1 tablespoon of oil; 2 cloves of minced garlic; 2 chopped carrots; 1 green bell pepper; 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp; 3 cups of cooked rice; 1 cup frozen peas; 2 tablespoons of soy sauce; 1 beaten egg; 2 tablespoons of green onions.

Step #1: heat your oil and add the garlic. Stir for a minute then add your carrots & peppers,cooking them for 3 minutes. Add your shrimp and cook for 4 more minutes.
Step #2: stir in your cooked rice,peas and soy sauce. You want to saute this mixture for 2 minutes
Step #3: move the rice to the side and cook your beaten egg, add in your green onions and mix with the rest of the fried rice dish

2 tablespoons oil divided; 3 eggs whisked; 8 ounces flank steak cubed; 2 medium carrots small dice; 1 cup broccoli cut into small florets; 3 cloves garlic minced; 4 cups cooked and chilled rice; 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce; 2 tablespoons oyster sauce; 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Heat only 1 tablespoon on the griddle. Then add the eggs and cook until done. When this is completed remove the oil and eggs from the griddle. Add the rest of the oil and the beef cubes, then cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Again, remove from the griddle when this step is completed.
Now place the carrots and broccoli ion the griddle and cook them till they are soft, stir in the garlic and cook for another minute. Return the eggs and beef back to the d=griddle and mix thoroughly. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Cook for about another 2 minutes then serve
Ingredients:
4 large eggs, divided; 2 tablespoons olive oil or canola; 1 cup diced red onion
1 1/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables; 3 stalks of scallions, sliced; 4 cups cooked brown jasmine rice; 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Method:
Beat 3 of the eggs together in a small bowl. Heat up your griddle to medium high heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Then when the oil is hot enough add the beaten eggs and cook til done.
Remove the eggs and saute the onions for about 2 minutes. Then add the mixed vegetables and scallions and cook for another minute. Add in the rice and pour the last beaten egg over it, then cook for 1 minute.
Mix in the cooked eggs, soy sauce and mix everything together completely. Serve when done

Heat the oil over medium high heat and add the vegetables, then saute for about 3 minutes or until nice and soft. Then move the vegetables to the side and cook the eggs. When cooked, you can mix the vegetables in with the eggs right away.
Now add the rice and soy sauce along with the butter and chili oil. Sprinkle a little white pepper in and cook for about 4 minutes. At this point you want to add the frozen peas and green onions.
Saute for one minute then add the diced chicken and cook for additional minute. Stirring continuously throughout is one of the keys.
Tip #7: The best rice to use for fried rice is Basmati or long grain white rice. Jasmine rice is okay but it tends to cook up slightly sticky
